Born and raised in France, from an early age, I have been driven by my love for traveling, languages, and connecting with people across cultures.

At 15, while vacationing in Spain, I became the sole translator for a group of international teens—an experience that revealed the unique power of communication and inspired my career path. With a diploma in Translation, Interpretation, and Linguistics, I entered the high-tech industry, where I spent 28 years in various roles, consistently seeking new opportunities to challenge myself. The most fulfilling chapters of my career, however, were spent mentoring and managing others—supporting individuals as they built confidence, developed skills, became aware of and achieved new potentials.

Experiencing my own life transitions, I embraced many personal and professional shifts that enabled me to evolve, learn, and grow as a daughter, sibling, mother, spouse, friend and independent woman, across the translation, high tech and restaurant industries.

My latest transformation led me to Coaching which had become a natural next step in my evolution. I formalized this path through Erickson Coaching International’s The Art & Science of Coaching program and now focus on helping others grow, succeed, and navigate change.

When I am not coaching, I love spending time with friends and family, and my rescue dog, and meeting new people. I love traveling and solo traveling which is a formidable self-discovery tool. I enjoy dancing especially flamenco and salsa, painting, gardening and tackling home improvement projects, scuba diving, hiking, camping, skiing, paddleboarding. I wish to become better at playing the guitar and learning to surf since my first intro in Lennox Head, NSW.

I recently started a passion project interviewing amazing women 40+ who support their communities to shine a light on their commitment, resilience, creativity and their impact.
